All Mingzi purchases are for digital content delivered immediately upon payment. Because content is delivered instantly, all sales are generally final.
One-time purchases (Starter Reading, Full Reading, Match Reading) are non-refundable once the reading has been delivered. If a technical error prevented delivery, contact support@mingzi.app within 7 days for a resolution or full refund.
Annual Plan subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. A full refund is available within 7 days of initial purchase if no paid readings have been generated. After 7 days or after use, no refund is issued — but access continues until the end of the paid period.
